Introduction
The film is produced by casting process. Polyethylene raw materials are plasticized and extruded by tape casting process. Functional raw materials are added to the film formula. By adjusting the production formula, the film has a temperature change effect, that is, when the temperature changes, the film will change color. The changing temperature of the sample film is 35 ℃, and below the temperature change temperature is rose red, and beyond the temperature change temperature becomes pink. Films of different temperatures and colors can be customized according to customer needs.
Application
1. Adopts a multi-layer casting process.
2. Formula in each extrusion screw is different.
3. After casting and shaping through the die, different effects are formed on both sides.
4. Color and feel can be adjusted according to needs.
